His name is actually pronounced like "Kwa-lay." He's a justice loving jerk with ice magic. Incidentally, he was also a Kingdom Hearts RP character. He teamed up (if I recall) with Roger Rabbit, and a dude from one of the Tales series games that I don't remember. (I didn't RP his party.)
