T-O: Rodney O'Hara

Rodney is an actor, quite famous where he comes from. During filming for a movie, he nearly drowned in a tank and developed a severe phobia of water. Five months later he was discovered by an evil scientist chick who promised to 'cure him' of his fear. As a result Rodney gained Hydrokinesis, like Hydro-Man from the Marvel Comics. So he controls any water within 100 feet of himself, and can store thousands upon thousands of gallons within himself via special quantum particles.
